The short version: your chat export is read once, in memory, to generate your report, then it's gone. We never write it to disk, never store it, never use it to train any model. The sections below explain exactly what that means — and what little else we do collect.
Your report is written by an AI model, not a person on our team. Deep mode reports (and Funny mode when it isn't available) are generated by Anthropic's Claude. Funny mode reports are generated by OpenAI's ChatGPT. Each provider receives only the chat content needed to generate that one report, over their standard API. Both providers' API terms state that API inputs aren't used to train their models by default — see Anthropic's privacy policy and OpenAI's privacy policy for how each of them separately handles API traffic.
When you share a verdict card, the title and a short summary are encoded directly into the link itself, so apps like WhatsApp and iMessage can show a preview. Nothing is stored on our servers for this — the link carries its own data and we never see it.
We use your IP address briefly to apply rate limits — so one visitor can't flood the report generator and slow it down for everyone else. This use is transient and isn't linked to any profile or stored history of what you've uploaded.
Some screens let you optionally leave an email address or WhatsApp number — for example, to get notified about something. If you do, we store that contact so we can reach you. This is always opt-in and entirely separate from your chat upload.
We log anonymous counts of product events — a report was generated, a share button was clicked — so we can tell whether the product works. There's no Google Analytics, no cookies, no stable per-visitor ID, and chat content is never included in these events.
If a request fails, your browser may send us a short technical error message (for example, "PDF export timed out") to help us fix the bug. This never includes your chat content.
The ₹99 full-report unlock is processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details — Razorpay verifies the payment and tells us only whether it succeeded.
If you left us an email or WhatsApp number and want it deleted, or you have any other question about this policy, write to [email protected].
